Morgan Stanley Opens New SEA HQ in Singapore

Morgan Stanley has inaugurated its new Southeast Asia headquarters in Singapore's downtown business district, signaling its continued commitment to the region. The new office spans five floors and covers 9,941 square meters.

"We are excited to open our new Southeast Asia headquarters, an investment that reflects our commitment to Singapore and the wider region where we see significant long-term growth opportunities," said Ted Pick, Morgan Stanley's CEO, in a statement dated November 20.

Singapore's appeal as a regional hub lies in its low taxes, political stability, and strategic location. Morgan Stanley has maintained a presence in the city-state since 1990 and also operates offices in Jakarta, Bangkok, and Manila.
