Nadex Announces Removal of FTX from Indicative Index

North American Derivatives Exchange (Nadex) issued a notice yesterday that it has removed the FTX (Derivatives), with immediate effect, to amend the composition of the Indicative Index used to determine the Expiration Value of its Bitcoin and Ether Cryptocurrency Touch Bracket Variable Payout Contracts.
Nadex noted that this move was pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended, and Section 40.6(d) of the regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission under the aforementioned Act.
Nadex has not yet introduced the Bitcoin and Ether Cryptocurrency Touch Bracket Variable Payout Contracts.
It plans to add data from the following underlying cryptocurrency exchanges in its Indicative Index to determine the Contracts' Expiration Value after being listed for trading on the Exchange: Binance (US), Gemini, BitStamp, Exmo, Bitso, Bitflyer (only for bitcoin), ItBit, CEX.IO, OKCoin and BTSE (Derivatives).
