NAGA Appoints Michael Milonas as CEO, Hires Sam Chaney as CCO

NAGA Group, a German-based fintech company that operates a regulated Neo-Broker, Neo-Banking app and Crypto platform, announced expansions and changes of its top management team. Michael Milonas to assume the role of NAGA's Group CEO & Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) with Benjamin Bilski further focusing on technology as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Sam Chaney joins NAGA as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to drive global growth in emerging markets.

Michael Milonas has played a critical role in the growth of NAGA and was responsible for the strategic development, distribution partnerships, and revenue growth. With his vast abundance of experience, Michael Milonas builds, expands and manages NAGA's global network of crucial and valuable partnerships.

Benjamin Bilski, CIO at NAGA, is shifting his focus from technology and products to technology. NAGA is currently focusing on deepening user understanding and enhancing efficiency in terms of big data analytics management. In this endeavor, Benjamin Bilski's expertise will be instrumental in supporting the company. His knowledge will be essential in increasing regulatory compliance and implementing algorithmic/AI-driven automation as the company scales up its operations.

Sam Chaney joined NAGA as CCO, focusing on emerging markets. He has more than two decades of experience in financial service industry, having held significant leadership roles in several leading brokers, including Head Of Sales Development at INFINOX Global, and Head of Sales (Institutional FX and CFD) at Hantec Markets. In his new role, Sam will take the responsibilities of driving NAGA's global commercial strategy, leading sales, marketing, and business development initiatives, and building lasting relationships with partners and clients.

Last November, Matthew Kent​, a capital market professional with over a 15-year demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry, joined NAGA from the multi-asset retail broker Eurotrader as a Director Institutional Sales.
