As a B2B Account Manager, you will ensure support and communication with our B2B customers and coordinate customer inquiries internally. You will act as the contact person for our existing customers, aiming to actively develop their business and represent Nect as a face-to-the-customer. With your communicative nature and confident demeanor, you will ensure that our customers are well served and satisfied. You will contribute your ideas and experience on a daily basis to the rebuilding of the account/key account team. You will work hybridly from the office in Hamburg (60%) and from home (40%).
Responsibilities:
Support for our customers from the moment the contract is signed, including:
Preparing the joint kick-off for collaboration
Identify upselling potential and actively offer it to the customer
Expanding customer relationships with a view to achieving sales targets
Identifying product potential through customer feedback in collaboration with the product team
Regular meetings with customers – via video call and in person
Creation of reports & analyses
Resolve tickets from our B2B customers regarding (technical) support requests together with our tech team
Provide support in detecting, analyzing and correcting errors
Support our customers in the onboarding and implementation process of our products
Explain technical facts and product features clearly and convincingly
Requirements:
Completed training or studies in the fields of business administration, business informatics or sales as well as commercial professions with professional experience
Technical understanding of IT products and openness to learn new things

Desirable: Experience in the regulatory environment of KYC solutions (not required)
High communication skills as a sparring partner for our customers

The Legal Counsel will also serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing guidance on key legal and strategic matters. Responsibilities:
Investor Relations Support: Oversee legal aspects of onboarding and offboarding investors, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations and fund documentation requirements.
