New Zealand FMA Warns Against Imposter Website astral-trust.com

The New Zealand's Financial Markets Authority (FMA) today published a warning on its website against the website astral-trust.com, which uses the registration details of a legitimate New Zealand company called Astral Trust Limited.

According to the regulator, this fake website claims to be a New Zealand-based hedge fund company and is holding out as being operated by Astral Trust Limited, a New Zealand incorporated company.

Astral Trust Limited has confirmed having no association with the website nor were they aware that the website was using their registration details and business name. The FMA recommends caution when dealing with this imposter website.

In its latest action, the FMA has published a formal warning against Adsplus Limited (Websites: https://adsplus-limited.com). The regulator is concerned that Adsplus is operating a scam. Adsplus Limited is not a registered financial service provider in New Zealand.
