New Zealand's FMA Flags TradeVtech / UMedia LLC

The New Zealand's Financial Markets Authority (FMA) today published a warning on its website against TradeVtech / UMedia LLC.

As detailed in the notice, the regulatory body said that the suspicious entity may be operating a scam. It has received a report about this entity advertising on Facebook using false celebrity endorsements.
As seen on its website, TradeVtech / UMedia LLC claims that it is a Contract-for-Differences (CFDs) provider trading in stocks, currencies, cryptocurrency, commodities, and indices.
FMA highlighted that the entity is not registered or licensed to provide financial services/products in New Zealand. It recommends exercising caution when dealing with this entity.
As Fazzaco reported earlier, FMA has issued a warning against HyperFund. The watchdog has received reports of them recruiting affiliate investors in New Zealand.
