Let's recall that, UK regulator Financial Conduct Authority(FCA) has issued a warning against HyperFund in March 2021. This firm may be providing financial services or products in the UK without authorization.
As Fazzaco reported earlier, FMA has issued a warning against Cullman Mutual Capital. The regulator has received a report of the entity offering shares in companies at discounted prices. This is a common hallmark of a shares scam.
