NEX Group’s Abide Financial Appoints James Bray as Director

Fazzaco learned that Abide Financial Ltd (Abide Financial), NEX Group’s subsidiary providing global financial reporting solutions, has hired James Bray as its director, after Joanna Davies parted ways with the firm.

According to UK Companies House, the filling was made on July 13, and James is British national born in 1980.

“The company confirms that the person named has consented to act as a director,” the document reads,” the filing put it.

Abide Financial has not posted announcement about James appointment so far.

Launched in 2011, Abide Financial is located in London and operates as financial service provider. On October 13, 2016, it was acquired by NEX Group, and rebranded NEX Regulatory Reporting.

In June, Fazzaco reported that NEX Group has announced that its annual financials​ for 2020, ending on December 31, 2020, assumed a severe loss of $1.9 million in the year.
