Nick Jay Appointed CEO and Co-Founder of Ninjay

Ninjay, a cashback and rebate platform built exclusively for traders, has announced the appointment of Nick Jay as its Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder.

Jay brings over a decade of experience across the forex and CFD brokerage industry. Prior to co-founding Ninjay, he served as a Business Consultant at Muinmos, advising firms on KYC compliance, client classification, and risk management processes. His previous leadership roles include Chief Operating Officer at Tiomarkets, Chief Business Development Officer at XtremeMarkets and M4Markets, and Head of Partnerships at HFM, where he managed global IB and affiliate networks.

Commenting on his new role, Jay said:

As CEO, Jay will lead Ninjay’s strategic direction and expansion. The platform returns 80% of its broker-generated revenue back to users and aims to build a transparent, community-driven ecosystem where traders can earn more, learn, and connect.
