Nium and Bank Rakyat Indonesia Partner to Enhance Cross-Border Payment

Nium, a global leader in real-time cross-border payment infrastructure, has formed a strategic partnership with Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) to deliver real-time international money transfer services to Indonesian customers. This collaboration is set to significantly enhance BRI's offerings for both individual and corporate clients, aiming to make international payments faster, more accessible, and cost-effective.

With over 150 million account holders, including those in remote areas of Indonesia, BRI's customers will now have access to modern payment solutions through a variety of real-time mechanisms. These include support for bank account transfers, a global electronic card network, and digital wallets. The initiative aligns with BRI's broader mission to promote financial inclusion, particularly for underserved communities.
