Nium Strengthens Leadership with New CFO and CCO Appointments

Cross-border payments provider Nium has announced the appointment of two new executives to strengthen its leadership team.
Andre Mancl has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his new role, Mancl will be responsible for overseeing Nium's global finance operations, including financial strategies, planning, treasury, tax, reporting, corporate development, and investor relations. Mancl brings a wealth of experience from his previous role as CFO at ChowNow, a software platform connecting independent restaurants with diners. His background also includes a significant tenure as Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Internet Investment Banking at Credit Suisse. During his banking career, Mancl worked with major technology companies like Lyft, Snap, Ancestry.com, and Facebook (Meta).
Philip Doyle has also joined Nium as Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). Doyle will spearhead Nium's global risk and compliance programs, ensuring they evolve in line with increasing regulatory demands. Doyle's prior role was Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Zepz, where he developed and led the company's global compliance program. His extensive career includes senior financial crime roles at Revolut, Clearbank, and Tandem Bank, as well as fraud prevention positions at FICO, SAV Credit Limited, Visa, and Morgan Stanley. Both Mancl and Doyle will report to Prajit Nanu, Nium's Founder and CEO, and will be integrated into the company's Executive Committee.
