Today we’ve invited Rommy El Ami, founder and CEO of Voicespin, for interview. Voicespin is a proactive communication platform as a service (PCPaaS) company. He talked about the biggest pros, goals and future plans of VoiceSpin.

​Fazzaco: Hi Rommy, thank you for accepting interview from Fazzaco. Could you please make a brief introduction about yourself and your company?

Rommy El Ami: Hello, my name is Rommy and I’m a founder and CEO of VoiceSpin —proactive communication platform as a service (PCPaaS) company with clients all over the world. From 2006 we are making call centres life easier and improving their businesses with friendly to use and powerful tools and services.

Fazzaco: Your company is going to attend iFX EXPO. Where is your booth? And why do you join the EXPO?

Rommy El Ami: You can meet us at booth no 71. In recent years we attended events that host companies with sales teams and this time is special because it’s a great sign of getting the world is getting back to normal. There is no better way to establish strong business relationships than a personal meeting, that’s why iFX EXPO here in Dubai is a massive milestone in our business development approach.

Fazzaco: What is your biggest edge over your competitors?

Rommy El Ami: There are no boundaries for technologies anymore. In business the name of the game is GROWTH. We here in VoiceSpin, as the leader in Sales CPaaS niche, are an enabler of growth. Rommy El Ami: It was a great global disruptor for everyone.
