Nomura Singapore Limited Appoints Gan Chee Yen as Non-Executive Director

Nomura Singapore Limited today announced the appointment of Gan Chee Yen as a Non-Executive Director.

According to the official press release, Mr. Gan worked at Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited from 2003 to 2011, where he hold different positions including Senior Managing Director, Co-Chief Investment Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Head of China. From 2011 to 2019, Mr. Gan was Chief Executive Officer of Fullerton Financial Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek.

Commenting on this new appointment, Michael Lim, Chairman of the Nomura Singapore board, said: “We are delighted to welcome Chee Yen to the board. His unique insights and expertise from his hugely successful and diversified career spanning over three decades will be invaluable to the board.”
