Non-Executive Director Steve Fisher to Part Ways with FD Technologies

​Fazzaco learned that Steve Fisher has decided to end his tenure as Non-Executive Director at FD Technologies PLC (FD Technologies), which operates as a technology provider, at the end of January 2022.

The departure decision follows his appointment as full-time Executive Vice President & General Manager, Next Gen CRM & Unified Data Services at Salesforce.com, with which he has been from October 2004 to September 2014.

Steve joined FD Technologies as Board Member in September 2020. Prevously, he has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of eBay for over 4 years, where he drove eBay's overall product and technology vision and strategy, and led the firm’s global multi-channel marketing platform and operations team, etc.

“I have been hugely impressed by the FD Technologies assets and delighted to play a part in developing the strategy to drive adoption of the Group’s technology, particularly the KX Insights roadmap. I continue to see significant opportunities for KX to underpin the data management and analysis infrastructure that businesses require to extract full value from their data," said Steve.

"While my new role at Salesforce requires me to step down from the FD Technologies Board, I believe the Group is on the right path to commercialising its technology advantage.”

Earlier in June, Fazzaco reported that FD Technologies rebranded​ from First Derivatives PLC.
