Noor Capital Acquires Majority Stake in UK's House of Borse

Noor Capital, a UAE based Retail FX and CFDs brokerage, reportedly has acquired a majority stake in House of Borse (HoB), a UK financial service company, expanding into the UK.
Established in 2005, Noor Capital is one of the leading investment brokerage firms regulated by Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development and the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA). And HoB is an FCA authorized matched principle intermediary, focusing primarily on Institutional and Professional clients.
The acquisition will facilitate Noor Capital's expansion into the U.K. market, and HoB's regulatory license and brand reputation will help the company enter the local market more smoothly.
According to a regulatory filing with the UK Companies House, Noor Capital's CEO Mohammed Ghousheh and General Manager Muhammad Al Zou'bi have been appointed as Directors of the UK company.
Entering the UK market is just one step in the company's expansion plans. Previously, a representative from Noor Capital revealed in a October interview with Fazzaco that the firm aims to grow its presence in GCC countries, and become one of the global leading investment brokerage firms in UAE.
