As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread, there are stories almost daily about businesses furloughing employees or laying them off completely as demand dries up.

Well, in FX, CFD and cryptocurrency industry, over a dozen national companies have announced substantial hiring plans. Here's a look at who's hiring and what jobs they're offering.

1. OANDA​—Total Rewards Analyst 

OANDA is looking for Total Rewards Analyst proficient in using software such as Tableau and OR Power BI with 3-4+ years of relevant work experience in a role requiring application of analytics skills in a business analyst, data analyst, or statistical analyst role. The applicant should have academic background with a focus on quantitative methods/statistics, business informatics, mathematics and have profound knowledge in statistics. 

The main activities and responsibilities include maintaining and administering key compensation databases and tools, participating in compensation/total rewards/wellbeing surveys to analyze competitive salary information and improve the company's compensation/total rewards/wellbeing programs.

2. Paysafe Group—Senior Finance Business Partner

The fast-growing dynamic Fintech business Paysafe is recruiting Senior Finance Business Partner responsible for preparing forecasts / budget / long term plans/ adhoc financial analysis and reports for the Corporate/Shared Cost Centres. 

The candidate should have ACA, ACCA or CIMA accreditation and  familiar with cost management, analysis and reporting role. 

3. Capital.com​—Public Relations Lead

Capital.com is looking for a dynamic Public Relations Lead to help the company take its media relations in EMEA to the next level. The role will ensure the company's key messages are communicated to the press in line with its strategic PR goals, values and business priorities. 

The ideal candidate should come from a strong PR background, in-house or with an agency, with proven results building press relations across top-tier financial and tech media in the EMEA region. Key target markets for this role include the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

4. Nasdaq​—Corporate Strategy Principal

Nasdaq is looking for Corporate Strategy Principal with At least 5-8+ years of relevant experience in strategic planning, business management and/or transformation projects in a dynamic and fluid environment. Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field for accredited college will be preferred. 

The role will be to evaluate and drive forward strategic opportunities and help shape the future for Nasdaq like being partners with clients and other stakeholders to identify emerging business needs/challenges that Nasdaq can help address through evolving its services or developing solutions, and Lead small teams to identify, evaluate and support Nasdaq's strategic plans and pursue new growth opportunities

5. FP Markets​—Customer Relationship Officer (Spanish & Portuguese Speaking) 

The global CFD broker FP Markets is currently looking to recruit a full-time Customer Relationship Officer (Spanish & Portuguese Speaking) in its Limassol Office. The candidate should be a native or near native Portuguese with fluent English and have an excellent understanding of CFDs with at least 2 years' experience in a sales/business development role.

The main activities and responsibilities include assisting in the onboarding of trading clients, Affiliates, IBs, Money Managers and other company partners, proactively working to retain and to reactivate clients and partners as well as negotiating the terms of each partnership based upon the existing rebate structures.

6. IHS Markit​—Senior Business Development Associate

7. Coinbase​—Trade Surveillance Associate

Coinbase is looking for Trade Surveillance Associate responsible for market monitoring and trade surveillance for Coinbase on an ongoing basis. This person will help the Trade Surveillance team monitor all markets, investigate any suspicious trading behavior, and lever Coinbase surveillance technology to help keep Coinbase the most trusted platform in the space.

The candidate should have minimum 2+ years relevant experience in a market surveillance or trading capacity with extensive knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and Excellent analytical and critical reasoning skills.
