OKEx Decides to Suspend Withdrawals for Authorization Reason

Cryptocurrency trading platform OKEx announces on its official website that it has suspended user withdrawals from 11:00 on October 16, 2020 (HKT). The exchange ensures that other features of OKEx are normal and the asset safety will not be affected.

Recently, the person in charge of private key is under investigation of the public security organ, and the authorization cannot be completed. In order to maximize the interests of customers and serve customers for the longest time, the platform decides to suspend the withdrawal by users.

OKEx apologizes for this and will release the latest information promptly, accurately, openly and transparently. The withdrawal function will be restored in the first time when the authorization can be completed.
