OKX Officially Launches Crypto Exchange and Web3 Wallet in Türkiye

OKX, the second-largest crypto exchange by trading volume and a leading Web3 technology company, announced the official launch of its crypto exchange, OKX TR, in Türkiye,providing its Turkish users with a gateway to crypto trading and decentralized finance.
According to the announcement, with the introduction of OKX TR, local clients can now access enhanced localized features, including Turkish Lira direct deposits and withdrawals from OKX's banking partners in the region.
Furthermore, OKX also offers its OKX Wallet in Turkey, which is a non-custodial Web3 wallet that allows users to trade NFTs, utilize dApps, and engage in other activities through a self-custody portal.
The OKX Web3 Wallet is currently available in Türkiye through OKX's global platform.

OKX has made significant strides in expanding its presence worldwide. In addition to entering Türkiye and establishing a local team in May, the exchange has pursued regulatory oversight in Hong Kong and France. It has also obtained a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) preparatory license from the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA). Additionally, OKX has expanded its crypto exchange and Web3 wallet platform to Brazil, bolstering its presence in Latin America.
Last month, OKX secured a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license in Dubai, granting it the opportunity to operate in the Middle East market.
