Olivier Honsberger Joins Board of Directors of GCEX MENA

Olivier Honsberger has joined the Board of Directors of GCEX MENA, the MENA subsidiary of GCEX Group. GCEX Group is an FCA regulated digital brokerage which enables brokers, funds and professional traders to access deep liquidity in digital assets and FX.

Olivier has worked in the financial industry for nearly 25 years, of which he spent about 23 years at Mirabaud Group, an international banking and financial group based in Switzerland. He joined the group in 1999 and served as a financial manager for more than 11 years. Olivier was promoted to CEO at Mirabaud Middle East Limited in 2013 and became a member of Board Of Directors at Mirabaud's Abu Dhabi subsidiary in 2019.

He is also a founding member of Global Millennial Capital Limited, a Dubai-based venture capital firm, and has been chairing the firm's Advisory and Investment Committee since April 2020. In addition, Olivier is also a member of the Swiss Association of Financial Analysts and holds Swiss Federal Diploma for Expert in Finance and Investments.

GCEX Group has been continuously expanding over the past year. In addition to opening a new office in Dubai mid-year 2022, the company also expanded its European market by obtaining two licenses from Danish FSA in June. Furthermore, GCEX had launched a new office in Malaysia​ in February, expanding its global footprint in Asia.
