Options Technology Welcomes Scott Feagans as SVP of Sales Engineering

Options Technology, the leading provider of IT infrastructure and data to global Capital Markets firms, announced today that it has hired Scott Feagans, who boasts seasoned experience of leadership and innovation, as Senior Vice President of Sales Engineering.

Most recently, Feagans served Transaction Network Services (TNS), a global provider of Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) solutions to the financial, communications and payments markets. During this period, he co-lead a $60M global Financial Services Division while overseeing technology, innovation, and rapid growth goals. Besides, as the VP of Technology and Strategy, he directed innovation efforts attached to both new and existing product development and oversaw divisional strategy and global sales engineering.

His role at TNS also included Field CTO for the Financial Markets division, with remits of driving outside client acquisition, advancing R&D efforts, and establishing the vision for strategic products and client growth.

Feagans moved to TNS after his company NetXpress, which focuses on low latency electronic trading and infrastructure services, was acquire by it.

Between October 2007 and October 2016, he was at ICE with multiple executive roles culminating as the CTO and Vice President of Product Management. During this time, he was a member of the original 10-member team who trailblazed the financial industry's first IaaS firm.
