Orion Szathmary Named CEO of TradeZero Canada Securities

Fazzaco learned that TradeZero Canada Securities, a Canadian broker-dealer which is part of TradeZero Holding, has hired Orion Szathmary, an expert with over fifteen-year experience in the online investing industry, as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Orion joined TradeZero Canada Securities from RBC Direct Investing, where he served as Vice President of Technology and Operations Strategy. Already between July 2017 and March 2020, he has been with RBC, working as Senior Manager, Strategy, at the bank's online investment management service, RBC InvestEase, then Director, Product Strategy & Insights at RBC Direct Investing.

Orion has served as Vice President, Product / Platform Strategy & Client Engagement at Qtrade. In his early career, he has spent around a decade in TD Bank Group.
