OTC Markets Announces Introduction of OTC Overnight

OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTC Markets), an operator of financial markets, has introduced OTC Overnight, a new offering that will enable investors to trade OTC equity securities between 8 pm and 4 am Eastern Time from Sunday to Thursday.

OTC Markets anticipates that OTC Overnight will be available on the OTC Link NQB Alternative Trading System in the second quarter of this year. The amended Form ATS for the new overnight session has already been submitted. Once launched, investors will have the ability to track and trade multiple global equity securities during Asian market hours, at the European market open, and overnight in the U.S.

The market operator has expressed its intention to expand its overnight trading offerings to encompass a wider range of products and markets, aiming to establish itself as a global market that caters to the needs of investors, broker-dealers, and issuers at all levels.
