Payments Veteran Ronnie d'Arienzo Joins Token.io as Chief Commercial Officer

Fazzaco learned that A2A payment infrastructure Token.io has onboarded Ronnie d’Arienzo, who boasts three-decade years of experience in payments / FinTech, as Chief Commercial Officer, out of London.

Ronnie joins Token.io from Freemarket, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer, based on his LinkedIn profile. He spent over three years at Freemarket, iniatially as Chief Revenue Officer. Previously, he was Chief Revenue Officer at fintech company PPRO Group, where he built the sales team from scratch, created a go to market sales strategy and operating model.

At Paysafe Group, Ronnie was Senior Vice President Sales, creating and implementing a transformational sales strategy. He also served Skype as Head of Global Commercial Partnerships before.

Early in his career, he worked as Head of UK and Ireland Strategic Sales at Adidas Group. Besides, he had sixteen-year stint at American Express, having served as Director, European Relationships - Corporate Card & Business Travel.
