Paysafe Names Mark Brooker as Non-Exec Director

Fazzaco learned that Paysafe, a multinational online payments company, has named Mark Brooker as the company's independent non-executive board director.

As seen on his LinkedIn profile, Mark was previously Chief Operating Officer at Trainline. Before Trainline, he was Chief Operating Officer at Betfair Group PLC. In his earlier career, he spent 17 years in investment banking working for the likes of Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, NatWest and NM Rothschild & Sons.

Mark also brings a diverse range of non-executive board director experience and currently sits on the boards of Findmypast, where he is chairman; Future PLC, Equiniti Group and Seedrs.

Mark earned his master's degree in Engineering, Economics and Management from Oxford University.
