Pepperstone Obtains UAE SCA License, Opens Dubai Office

Melbourne-headquartered Retail FX and CFDs broker Pepperstone has received a Category 5 license from the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA). The company has also established an onshore office in Dubai, located at Emaar Square, Building 3, 3rd Floor, Office 2.

This development integrates Pepperstone further into the MENA region's financial market. The SCA Category 5 license permits "Arrangement and Advice" activities within the UAE, allowing regulated marketing, promotion, and advisory services to professional clients and partners. This framework facilitates client engagement in line with local regulatory standards.

The new Dubai office will serve as Pepperstone's regional hub for the UAE and the broader MENA region. It will house relationship management, commercial support, and educational resources for local market participants, institutional partners, professional traders, and introducing brokers.
