Pepperstone UK Profit Jumps 81% to £18 Million in FY25

Pepperstone Limited, the UK arm of the Pepperstone Group, reported a significant rise in earnings for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. Pretax profit climbed to £24.1 million from £13.3 million the previous year. Net profit after tax reached £18 million, an 81% increase from £9.9 million in FY24.
Trading revenue from commissions, swaps, and spreads rose 15.5% to £15 million. However, a major driver was other income, which surged to £22.9 million from £13.2 million, largely attributed to intra-group services. This included a £21.4 million profit repatriation from another group entity.
The UK entity reported robust capital buffers, with a Pillar 1 capital adequacy ratio of 427% and a liquid asset ratio of 877%, well above regulatory minimums. Dividends paid totaled £8.5 million, up from £6.3 million in FY24.
Group CEO Tamas Szabo has previously noted the UK market contributes 10-13% of group revenue, calling it "significant" despite industry-wide concerns over declining retail participation. Pepperstone differentiates its UK offering through integration with TradingView.
