Rob Bowen, Chief Commercial Officer and UK CEO of Pepperstone, left the broker last Friday after more than seven years. He also served as CEO of the firm’s FCA-regulated UK unit. Pepperstone confirmed to Finance Magnates that Bowen will remain with the group in an advisory capacity until the end of the year. A spokesperson said: “During his tenure as Chief Commercial Officer, Rob has played an important role in the company’s growth, strengthening commercial capabilities, expanding our global footprint, and supporting the development of high-performing teams across multiple regions.” Bowen joined Pepperstone in mid-2019 to lead the UK business, became COO within months, and was appointed CCO in mid-2025. He previously spent nearly a decade at IG, leaving as Commercial Director, and eight years at GNI. His next move is not yet known, and the broker has not announced a replacement for either role. Meanwhile, Pepperstone continues to hire senior executives, recently naming Nigel Fernandes as CTO, Mohammed Almadhoun as Head of Middle East, Osama Hamdan as Head of Sales for Dubai, and Reed Sayer as Head of UK.
