With July now behind us, let's take a look at the personnel changes at industry companies such as Vantage, Swissquote and Centroid Solutions during the month.

1. Centroid Solutions​ Promotes Stephen Villegas as Head of Support

Centroid Solutions, a leading technology provider for multi-asset brokerages, has promoted Stephen Villegas as its Head of Support.

Villegas joined Centroid Solutions in March 2021 as a Senior Application Support Engineer. Previously, he spent two and a half years as a Senior Application Support Engineer at PrimeXM, a fintech service provider. Earlier, he was an IT Senior Service Desk Technician in the Philippines branch of the global IT company Stefanini North America and APAC.

Villegas graduated from the Technological University of the Philippines in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology.

2. Giancarlo Lionti Appointed as Global Head of Affiliate & Digital Marketing at Skilling

Skilling, a high-growth fintech company focused on CFD trading, has named Giancarlo Lionti as Global Head of Affiliate & Digital Marketing.

Lionti brings over 10 years of marketing experience to Skilling. Prior to the CFD broker, Lionti worked as Senior Growth Manager at Catena Media, a publicly-listed media company, where he was responsible for leading the engagement with clients, operators and affiliate partners in fintech area. Meanwhile, as part of his duties at Catena Media, he was also in charge of the monetization and the commercial growth of the company's global financial websites, including AskTraders.com, Forextraders.com and so on. Earlier, he had held marketing roles at several companies, such as Action Media Montreal, HiSkill and TIM.

3. Vantage​ Appoints Kyriakos Paisanos as Marketing Manager

Vantage, a multi-asset trading platform for retail and professional traders, has appointed Kyriakos Paisanos as Marketing Manger.

Before joining Vantage, Paisanos served as an Affiliate Manager at ETX Capital, a FX platform. Earlier, he worked in marketing for forex brokers including IronFX and ForexTime.

Paisanos gained his Bachelor's Degree of Mathematical Science from the University of Essex, and obtained his Master's degree in Web and Smart systems from Frederick University. Paisanos holds several certificates in marketing, such as Google Ads Display Certification and the course certificate of Marketing analytics: Know your customers.

4. Exness​ Names Anas Zengui as Key Account Specialist & Senior Retention Manager

Exness, an international award-winning retail FX group of brokers, with licenses in Seychelles, Cyprus, United Kingdom, has named Anas Zengui as its Key Account Specialist & Senior Retention Manager.

Prior to Exness, Zengui had held position of Premium Account Manager at GTC Global Trade Capital Ltd, responsible for satisfying clients' needs. Before that, he served as Senior Business Relationship Manager at CAPEX.com, a global trading platform.

5. Swissquote​ Promotes Océane Luiset as HR Partner of Administration & Payroll

Leading Swiss online trading firm Swissquote announced that it has promoted Océane Luiset as HR Partner of Administration & Payroll.

Luiset joined Swissquote with rich experiences in administration in August 2021, having previously held roles at Air France-KLM, ITX SA, Procter & Gamble and more recently worked at TotalEnergies, a French multinational integrated energy and petroleum company, as International Mobility HR Assistant.

6. Sammy Christou Joins Exinity as Chief Risk Officer

FX specialist Sammy Christou has joined Exinity, a new global wealth engine backed by over 20 years of experience in trading and investment, as its Chief Risk Officer.

Christou joins Exinity from Advanced Markets Group where he held an analogues role for more than a year. Prior to that, he spent the past four years as Head of Trading at Equiti Capital, the institutional B2B arm of the Equiti Group. Earlier, he had served as trader at London Capital Group and GAIN Capital.
