Pico Appoints Nicol Grosso as Global Head of Human Resource

Pico is pleased to welcome Nicol Grosso as Global Head of Human Resources. Nicol will be responsible for leading human resource strategies that support Pico's strong growth trajectory. She joins with a wealth of experience and expertise in developing high-performance teams spanning the entire employee lifecycle.

Prior to Pico, Nicol served as the Head of HR, IT, Real Estate/Facilities, Events and Compliance at Evercore and was a member of its IPO executive team. Previously, she was the Head of HR for HSBC, Securities in the United States, and the Director of Administration & HR for Bear Stearns, Global 24/7 Information Technology Division.
