Plume and Stobox to Enable Large-Scale Tokenization for Institutional Asset Issuers

Plume Network and Stobox have entered into a partnership to provide an infrastructure for tokenizing institutional asset portfolios across multiple jurisdictions. The collaboration will integrate Stobox’s tokenization solutions with Plume’s Arc platform, allowing issuers to digitize real-world assets while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Plume’s Arc platform has commitments to tokenize over $5.5 billion in assets, while Stobox has facilitated the tokenization of more than $500 million across industries such as finance, mining, energy, and real estate. Through this integration, institutions will gain access to blockchain-based asset issuance with an enterprise-focused API.

The partnership also aims to address regulatory complexities in asset tokenization. Stobox has developed a structured approach to security token offerings (STOs), covering multiple asset types and legal jurisdictions. By embedding these capabilities within Plume’s modular blockchain framework, issuers will have access to tools for launching and managing tokenized portfolios.

Plume operates as an EVM-compatible blockchain specializing in tokenized real-world assets, with more than 180 applications and protocols in its ecosystem. Stobox, a regulated provider of tokenization services, supports small and medium-sized businesses in launching digital securities. The collaboration will provide enterprises with infrastructure for issuing and managing digital assets at scale.
