Plus500 Obtains License in United Arab Emirates

Plus500, the global leader in online CFD trading, has been granted a license from the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), which enables the broker to expand its offering to customers across the high growth market of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
According to David Zruia, CEO of Plus500, Since 2020, the company has successfully obtained twelve licences in the US, Japan, Estonia, the Seychelles and the UAE, including through acquisitions, ensuring that its growing business continues to be built on a strong regulatory foundation.
"We are delighted to have received licence authorisation from the DFSA in the UAE and we are excited to bring our market-leading technology capabilities to customers in the region. This is the latest realisation of our strategy to enter new markets, develop new products, and deepen engagement with our customers," added David Zruia.
Last month, Fazzaco reported that Plus500 delivered an excellent operational and financial performance during FY 2022, in line with market expectations.
