A regulatory filing via RNS on Friday detailed the transactions. Winton sold 41,576 shares at £44.49 each, while Julie Winton sold 3,699 shares at £44.19 each. He is an industry veteran with nearly three decades of experience, having previously worked at CFD brokers including Alpari and London Capital Group.

Plus500's stock performance has notably outstripped its peers. Since its 2013 initial public offering, PLUS shares have gained 4,332 percent. The share price rose almost 800 percent alone in 2026.

The broker reported Q1 2026 revenue of $242.1 million and EBITDA of $95.7 million. It now anticipates full-year revenue and profits to surpass market expectations.
