PrimeXM COO Leaves for OANDA as Head of Product Operations

Fazzaco learned that OANDA, a global leader in online multi-asset trading services, currency data, corporate payments and Forex services, has selected Galin Georgiev to assume the role of Head of Product Operations.

Galin joined OANDA from PrimeXM, a leading financial technology provider where he has been for more than three years as Chief Operating Officer (COO), based in Cyprus. He has moved back to London for his new role.

Prior to PrimeXM, Galin has spent over a decade in Saxo Bank, during which he has held senior positions including Senior Manager - Business Analysis, and Head of Trading - ForexTrading.com, which is part of Saxo Bank Group. Besides, he has served Varchev Finance, a leading Forex/CFD broker, as Head Of Trading, and at Societe Generale Expressbank, a subsidiary of Societe Generale Group, as Business Project Manager.

Last month, Fazzaco reported that OANDA has appointed Jessica Beckstead​ as Managing Director, North America, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), US.
