Prop Firm Maven Trading Appoints Ryan Lepper as CFO

Ryan Lepper has joined prop trading firm Maven Trading as its Chief Financial Officer, out of Canada. He has taken on the new role since May 2024, based on his LinkedIn profile.

Ryan brings over two decades of experience across business and finance, ascending from an early role managing a family business to overseeing $5 billion in assets. Most recently, he served Smart Prop Trader as Chief Operating Officer in Texas, where he spent more than two years.

Between December 2007 and July 2010, he was Vice President & Michigan Market Team Leader of JPMorgan Chase & Co.. Ryan holds an MBA degree from Wayne State University.
