Prop Trading Tech Firm Axcera Appoints New COO

​Axcera, a fintech solutions provider catering to proprietary trading firms and financial institutions, has appointed Gabriela Jakabova as its new Chief Operating Officer.

Jakabova, who is based in Brno, Czechia, brings over a decade of operational leadership experience to the role. She most recently served as COO at Czech networking technology company Dynanic, and previously spent 14 years at content management system provider Kentico, where she also held the position of COO.

Her move to Axcera marks a transition from the software and networking industry into the fintech infrastructure space. Axcera, co-founded and led by Dubai-based CTO Herman Shaho, operates primarily out of the UAE and Czechia. The company offers modular and customizable infrastructure solutions, supporting the scalability needs of trading firms and financial entities.

Jakabova's appointment is part of Axcera's broader effort to bolster its leadership team as it expands its global footprint.
