Rabobank Partners with Zafin for SaaS Core Modernization

Rabobank has entered into a strategic partnership with Zafin, a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) core modernization solutions, to enhance its pricing, billing, and invoicing capabilities. This collaboration is part of Rabobank's broader initiative to modernize its technology infrastructure and improve operational efficiencies.
The new partnership aims to provide Rabobank with a comprehensive and consistent view of product, billing, and invoicing information across all channels. This enhancement is expected to streamline the processes associated with creating, modifying, and launching new product propositions and pricing strategies for Rabobank's extensive client base, which includes 9.1 million retail and corporate clients.
Rabobank has been actively pursuing a tech transformation strategy, which includes the integration of solutions such as allNETT and DOKA-NG from Surecomp, and digital financial planning tools from InvestCloud in 2022. More recently, the bank partnered with Dejamobile in March to offer its white-labeled ReadyToTap Payment for Merchants solution. Last year, Rabobank also appointed Alexander Zwart as chief innovation and technology officer to lead its digital transformation and innovation efforts.
Paul Wolda, Rabobank's payments manager, commented on the new partnership, stating that it "reinforces our commitment" to investing in cutting-edge technologies that "modernize our legacy applications, drive operational efficiencies, lower costs, and offer our clients a more personalised and sophisticated banking experience."
