Rakuten Securities Expands Offering with Crude Oil CFDs

Fazzaco learned that Rakuten Securities, a Japanese Forex, CFD and stock broker, is adding CFDs on WTI crude oil to its offering.

The new instruments will be available to trade from October 4, 2021. And there will be an evaluation testing period for these CFDs from September 27, 2021 to October 1, 2021. During the evaluation version trading period, Rakuten Securities clients can trade crude oil instruments as usual, but rate distribution may become unstable or trading may be suspended without notice.

The leverage for the new CFDs will be 20x and they can be traded on MetaTrader 4 (MT4). 

Earlier in May, Rakuten Securities expanded its range of CFDs via the addition of commodity CFDs. Additionally, the broker added nearly 200 stocks of US-listed and Hong Kong-listed companies​ to its offering this month.
