The ideal candidate must be with: university degree in Economics, Finance or Law or other related; CySec Advanced certification; minimum 1-2 years of experience in Compliance department, and looking to make a step up in their Compliance career; knowledge of the FX Market and the risks involved for clients will be considered as an advantage; and knowledge of MiFID II and European Legislation in the field of financial services and investments.

Rynat Trading Ltd is a CIF established in Limassol, Cyprus and is looking for a Head of Customer Support. They are looking for a dynamic individual who can ensure that relevant practices meet the quality and efficiency standards of the Company's policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate must be with: 1-year+ experience in a Customer Support or Sales position in a regulated financial service; CySEC Advance/CySEC AML certification will be considered as an advantage; fluent verbal and good written English (Additional languages are an advantage); and a University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business or any other relevant field will be considered as an advantage.

As a client focused online financial broker, you will focus on enhancing the client experience by identifying and resolving issues related to transaction processing. You will be managing a range of relationships with stakeholders across the Group and external payment service providers. This position will focus on the provision of compliant KYC onboarding services to the business.
