Saint Lucia-Based Virex Market Integrates cTrader Platform
Spotware Systems announced on Thursday that it has added Virex Market, a Saint Lucia-registered forex and CFD brokerage, to its roster of cTrader platform partners. Virex Market describes itself as a global brokerage focused on a technology-driven trading environment for retail and professional traders.
The company's CEO, Wasi Mohammadi, stated the partnership aims to build a "truly technology-driven brokerage," aligning with values of "fairness, performance, and long-term trader trust." This follows similar recent integrations by firms like Mauritius-based Frontbroker and prop firm TFunded, which operate outside mainstream regulatory frameworks.
However, Spotware has also recently secured brokers under South Africa's FSCA regulation, including Vault Markets and Swyft Markets, which cited the platform's execution transparency and compliance-friendly architecture. Spotware reports cTrader now serves over 11 million traders across more than 300 brokers and prop firms globally.
For Virex Market, the integration provides tools like cTrader Copy and cTrader Store, a marketplace attracting up to 10,000 daily visitors. The platform also supports over 100 third-party integrations via APIs and plugins. Spotware COO Yiota Hadjilouka said Virex Market takes an "innovation-led approach" and that cTrader will bring "transparency, powerful tools and best-in-class trading experience."
Separately, Spotware launched cBridge, a platform-agnostic liquidity bridge that aims to reduce costs by up to 80% for high-volume brokers through flat infrastructure pricing. CEO Ilia Iarovitcyn explained the logic: "as a broker grows, its margins should improve, not its vendor's revenue."
The offshore brokerage sector continues to attract experienced figures. Earlier this month, a former BlackBull Markets executive launched TabTrade under Saint Lucia registration, with plans to add cTrader. Founder Benjamin Boulter noted the competitive landscape, stating, "In many ways core product offerings have become similar among brokers."
