Samir Zabaneh Joins the Board of Directors of Nuvei

​Nuvei Corporation, a payment technology & consulting company, officially announced that Samir Zabaneh has joined its Board of Directors on March 25, 2022. Mr. Zabaneh will also serve on the company's audit committee.

From 2008 to 2018, Zabaneh successively served as CFO of Moneris Solutions, Heartland Payments Systems, Inc, Element Fleet Managment Corp.. From 2018 to 2020, Zabaneh served as Executive Vice President of Global Business Services at Fiserv. Currently, he is concurrently the CEO and Chairman of Touch Bistro Inc., member of the Board of Directors of AST Trust Company, and member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of ACI Worldwide, Inc. Years of financial and operational experience make him a sought-after talent in financial industry.

Philip Fayer, CEO and Chairman of Nuvei, has stated that Zabaneh is experienced at the highest levels in payments, fintech, operations and strategy. Nuvei is in a period of upswing and expansion, and the addition of Samir is undoubtedly a powerful addition to the company.

Previously, Nuvei has also announced Yuval Ziv​ as company president in February of this year. The addition of Samir Zabaneh is the second major change in the company's management.
