Saxo Bank, Danish online trading and investing firm, plans to improve the transparency on value dates of trade.

Currently, returns on Saxo Bank's stocks, bonds, mutual funds and structured products are only released in the "Transactions not booked" in the platform on the day of the trade. The bank plans to continue to show the proceeds in the segment until the value-date of the trade, in an effort to improve transparency on that day. The same changes will be made for sell trades. It is reported that this change will take effect in June.

The change will not affect the capacity of trading. Instead, it will improve cash check for withdrawals to prevent premature withdrawal of unsettled earns.

Saxo Bank will also launch an Unsettled Amounts platform module in SaxoTraderPRO to publish all settlement data, including settlement amount and settlement date, on or after the current day.
