Saxo Bank Unveils Record Equities and Commodities Trading in April

Saxo Bank, the Copenhagen-based online trading and investment specialist, has released its trading update for April 2024, unveiling an increasing demand in trading that month as the company delivered its best month in over four years trading volume-wise in April.
Total multi-asset volumes in April at Saxo Bank came in at $482.7 billion, growing 28 percent compared to March's $377.7 billion. This was fuled by record levels of client trading activity in both Equities and Commodities, which were $303.7 billion and $70.7 billion, up 27 percent and 60 percent, respectively.
FX trading volume increased 17 percent on a monthly basis to $99.3 billion, while fixed income trading dipped 3 percent to $9.0 billion.
