Saxo Bank's Head of Risk Governance Departs for Jyske Bank

Laura A. Berg Deleuran has left Saxo Bank to join Danish lender Jyske Bank. She served as Saxo Bank's Director and Head of Risk Governance, Framework and Reporting.
Deleuran spent 11 years at the online broker. She first joined its Copenhagen headquarters in 2014 as a Senior Associate for Operational Risk.
Her exit follows a series of senior departures from Saxo Bank in recent months. The moves come ahead of the expected completion of the bank's sale to the Safra Group in 2026. Other executives who have left include Chief Commercial Officer Stig Christensen and Saxo UK's Dan Squires.
Regarding her departure, Deleuran stated on social media: "Today marks the end of my 11 years with Saxo Bank." She expressed gratitude to her colleagues and added, "I'm excited to start a new chapter at Jyske Bank... and looking forward to working with new colleagues and leveraging my experience in my new role."
