Sberbank announces changes to senior management team of its retail unit

Sberbank announces the appointment of Vice President Kirill Tsaryov as Senior Vice President, Deputy Head of Retail Business.

Prior to joining Sberbank, Kirill Tsaryov was Deputy Chairman of the Board at the International Bank of St. Petersburg and had been heading Interleasing LLC for 12 years. Between 2012 and 2018 he was the CEO of Sberbank Leasing, one of Sberbank Group’s best performing subsidiaries.

In November 2018, he became a Vice President at Sberbank. Mr. Tsaryov also chairs the board of Sberbank Leasing and is the President of United Leasing Association

Kirill Tsaryov graduated from the St. Petersburg State Marine Technical University and has two degrees, in economics and law. He completed the course for top executives that Sberbank runs with LBS.
