Sberbank Appoints Four New Members to its Executive Board
Sberbank, the largest Bank in Russia, Central and Eastern Europe, appointed four new leaders in the firm’s executive board team. The leading international financial institution also announced resignation of its two board members.
The bank made these vital changes to the Executive Board for bolstering Group finance strategic practices.
Four veterans have joined Executive Board team as the group reinforces its commitment to the management service. The four new leaders will each lead one of several distinct industry groups in the firm’s longstanding industry practice, which encompasses Sberbank’s full range of sales, banking and transferring services.
Sberbank promoted Kirill Tsaryov to deputy chairman of the executive board and head of the retail business unit.
Sberbank appointed Sergey Maltsev as deputy chairman of the executive board and head of sales network unit.
Natalya Alymova will join the executive board and has been promoted to head of wealth management unit.
Alexandra Buriko also will be one member of the executive board and will work as head of finances unite.
Other changes are as follows:
Svetlana Kirsanova will become the former deputy chairman of the executive board in retail business. Oleg Ganeev will leave leaving the executive board and take charge of distressed assets.
Once obtaining the necessary approval from the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, these changes will take effect.
