SDX Partners with SBI to Build Regional Liquidity Hub in Singapore
SIX Digital Exchange ("SDX"), the world's first end-to-end platform for digital assets, has announced a collaboration with SBI Digital Asset Holdings to build a Singapore-based digital issuance platform, exchange and CSD venue.
The regional liquidity hub is expected to drive institutional digital asset liquidity and go-live by 2022 subject to regulatory approvals from the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
Targeting the growing demand for public and private institutional digital assets, the joint venture will market directly to regulated institutional clients , utilizing technologies from both companies to provide institutional grade services including issuing, listing, trading, CSD infrastructure and custody of digital assets and cryptocurrencies.
