Securities Commission Malaysia Adds Two Clone Entities to Investor Alert List

The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) has updated the Investor Alert List that contains the list of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals. Please take note that this list is not exhaustive and only serves as a guide to investors prior to making any investment decisions.
The following person(s)/entity(ies) was/were added to the list as at 20 June 2022:
1. Al-Saliha Mentari
2. True North Trading Systems
3. Potential clone entity – Maher Saham
4. Potential clone entity – Interactive Broker Invest
The list is updated periodically for public’s reference. Members of the public are encouraged to alert the SC if you come across any suspicious capital market activities.
