Securities Commission Malaysia Issues Warning Against Huobi Global

The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) has updated the Investor Alert List that contains the list of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals.
According to the regulator, Huobi Global was added to the list as at 22 August 2022 for Operating a digital asset exchange (DAX) without registration
Please take note that this list is not exhaustive and only serves as a guide to investors prior to making any investment decisions.
The list is updated periodically for public's reference. Members of the public are encouraged to alert the SC if you come across any suspicious capital market activities.
