SFC upgraded its website

On october 5th, the Hongkong Financial watchdog SFC released a report about introducing its whole redesigned website. SFC said the upgraded website is more user-friendly for users to find information and to view the website on mobile devices. 

The homepage is redesigned with clear functional sections. On the upper section, the “New releases” section on the new homepage provides easy access to the SFC’s most recent regulatory updates, including publications, press releases, announcements and executive speeches. And when a user wants to find a corporate or individual is regulated by SFC, he can move on the Licensee search section. In this section, it also contains SFC Alert search, investment product list search and search regulations by topics. 

​SFC said it has maintained a public website to provide the most up-to-date regulatory information since 1996. Rules, codes and guidelines administered by the SFC are all available in readily searchable formats. Members of the public can use the "Subscriptions" service on the website to sign up to receive email alerts when new information is available.
