SGX Group Welcomes Interactive Brokers Singapore as Derivatives Market Member

SGX Group has welcomed Interactive Brokers Singapore Pte. Ltd as a new trading and clearing member for its derivatives market, a move that strengthens the exchange's global derivatives ecosystem.

Interactive Brokers Singapore is an affiliate of Interactive Brokers Group, which provides automated trade execution and custody services across over 170 global markets.

Yujun Lin, CEO of Interactive Brokers Singapore, stated that becoming a member underscores the firm's commitment to Singapore and the Asia Pacific region, aimed at better connecting investors worldwide to global markets through SGX's multi-asset platform.

Pol de Win, Head of Global Sales and Origination at SGX Group, said the admission reflects sustained international interest in SGX's derivatives ecosystem and enhances client access to its product suite.

With this addition, SGX's derivatives market now comprises 68 trading members and 34 clearing members, reinforcing its status as a leading international derivatives venue.
